20th August, 7pm to 11pm. Venue to be confirmed.
What if one evening could help change a young person's future?
That's the question behind our Quiz & Musical Bingo Fundraiser, and we'd love for you to be part of the answer. Whether you come along on the night, donate, sponsor, or simply share the word with someone who might, your support goes towards something we're genuinely excited about: a new teaching kitchen for Auntie's Cookery Academy.
Why This Matters
In North Northants, care leavers are nearly three times more likely to become NEET (not in education, employment or training) than their peers. That statistic isn't just a number to us. It's a reflection of what happens when young people are expected to navigate independence without ever being shown how.
We talk a lot about food poverty and food insecurity, and it's worth being clear on the difference. Food poverty is about not having the financial means to buy food. Food insecurity is something else, it's not having the skills, knowledge, confidence or tools to turn ingredients into a proper meal.
A new teaching kitchen means more young people get the chance to build that confidence, properly and practically, in a space designed for exactly that purpose.
Thank You to Our Sponsors So Far
We're incredibly proud of the support already behind this event:
⭐ Headline Sponsor – This N That (Bletchley, MK)
🎭 Entertainment Sponsor – KOS Musical Theatre Company
🏛️ Venue Sponsor – Ben Hollis at Medisec Ltd
🥂 Drinks Sponsor – Chris Webb at The 55 Group
On top of this, we've received a generous £100 donation from Nik Gazis at ITFixio Ltd.
And we're close to confirming what could be a brilliant headline raffle prize, so watch this space.
None of this would have come together without the community Simon Cox has built through NNBN, The Northamptonshire Business Network. It's made a real difference already.
There's Still Room to Get Involved
We still have a few sponsorship opportunities available, so if you'd like to be part of something special, get in touch. Every business that's joined us so far has done so because they believe in one simple idea: every young person deserves the chance to learn the life skills they need to live independently.

We're building something we're genuinely proud of, and it's only possible because businesses are choosing to stand beside us before we've even opened the doors.
